Alissa Walker is a design writer and blogger from Los Angeles, California. She is a contributing writer for Fast Company’s new design site, Co.Design, and a contributing editor at GOOD, where she writes the column Design Is a Verb. You can also find her at Dwell, Sunset, Print, The Architect’s Newspaper, LA Weekly, Metropolis, Wired, Design Observer, Core77, Coudal, ReadyMade, Eye, HOW, among others. Her walking guide, City Walks Architecture: New York, published by Chronicle Books is the first in a series of guides.
